Heat treatment is one of the most crucial operations in the manufacturing cycle for it imparts the strength and hardness to the ball. Carbon Steel Balls are extensively used in automotive and commercial industries, hence the qualities like toughness and wear resistance are so critical.
At ABI, we pay attention to all the quality parameters and present our clients with two versions of the Carbon Steel Balls:
This ball is the carburised case with a softcore. The type is generally used in applications where there are moderate loads and slow rotating parts. The low carbon design lends resistance to shock loads and surface wear while providing good load-carrying ability.
